Location There's something for everyone in Northern Ireland, give us a call and speak to Margaret or Jim who'll be happy to help you plan your visit
Situated at the base of the Roe Valley overlooking the Sperrins Mountains, we are located in a truly stunning area of Northern Ireland surrounded by an area filled with protected species of wildflowers and animals. While still being surrounded by natural beauty, we are by no means in the middle of nowhere as we still have plenty of local shops, post offices, banks, pubs, cafes, bars, takeaways and places of worship. If you would like to get further afield and have not brought your car, there is also a taxi service available, as well as an affordable bus service (there is also a railway, however, travel is limited to this service).
We are within easy reach of three local airports (Belfast International, George Best City, and City of Derry) as well as three ferry terminals (Dublin Port, Larne, and Belfast).
Local towns and cities include:
Dublin city - approximately 3 hours away
Belfast city - less than an hour away
County Donegal, northern area - 40 minutes
Londonderry/Derry - 20 minutes
Portstewart & Portrush - 30 minutes
Garvagh - 20 minutes
Ballymena - 40 minutes
Ballymoney - 30 minutes
Antrim - 40 minutes
Ballycastle - 40 minutes
There are plenty of tourist attractions nearby including:
The Giants Causeway: There is a "Causeway Experience" ticket available where you gain entrance with a guided walk and audio guide. Parking is available however if you use the Park and Ride shuttle bus in the village of Bushmillils for £7.20.
The Titanic Quarter: Located in Belfast, this large-scale waterfront regeneration made up of historic maritime landmarks, education facilities, riverside entertainment district and apartments and the world's largest Titanic-themed attraction in Belfast harbour (on land).
Belfast city centre: We highly recommend the tour bus, as it is an excellent way to see the city as the on-board guide explains the cities attractions and places to eat.
Londerry/Derry: As the UK's City of Culture for 2013, the walled city has many events on and beautiful scenery and architecture.
Dublin city: Dublin city is gorgeous and there's so much to do! You will need more than one day to fully explore this beautiful and historic city.
